General Delivery Information

• WE HAND DELIVER ALL VICTORIA AND AREA GIFT BASKETS OURSELVES - Victoria area from Sidney to Sooke (and everywhere in between) as well as East Sooke.  We deliver to Victoria and the area every day Monday through Saturday.

• Same-Day Delivery (to Victoria and the area) is available every day Monday through Friday for non-custom gifts (Order must be received before 10:00 am for same-day delivery and must also specify that you are wanting it to be delivered same-day).  Flower add-ons and fruit baskets are not available for same-day delivery (they require 24 hours notice minimum).  We also do not do same-day deliveries on Saturdays.  **Same Day delivery IS NOT AVAILABLE during the very busy month of December**

• Orders that are to be delivered on a Saturday must be received before 12 noon the day before and must be for Victoria and area.

• DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF VICTORIA & AREA IS MINIMUM 1-2 DAYS FOR THE REST OF VANCOUVER ISLAND AND LONGER FOR THE REST OF BC AND CANADA.

• Delivery days for gifts going outside of the Victoria area are Monday - Friday.

• **Alcohol cannot be shipped outside of British Columbia (we are happy to substitute alcohol in any basket for something else).

• All gifts include a card with a message.  We do not accept messages with profanity or of a sexual nature.

• See below for delivery fees.

• $10.00 for Victoria & area (Sidney to Sooke & everywhere in between). 
• $14.00 for East Sooke, Shirley, & Jordan River.                        
• $18.00 for Shawnigan, Malahat, Mill Bay, & Cobble Hill areas. 
• $28.00 for Duncan & further up-island (but still on Vancouver  Island).
• $32.00 for the rest of BC and Canada (this includes the Gulf Islands).  

Gifts going to Duncan (and some areas in Shawnigan, Malahat, Mill Bay, & Cobble Hill) as well as farther up the island, and off Vancouver Island will be delivered by Canada Post and will be packaged in a white gloss box (with tissue and crinkle paper inside) and have a hand-tied bow and then be placed in a cardboard shipping box.
