Delivery Information

WE HAND DELIVER ALL VICTORIA AND AREA GIFT BASKETS OURSELVES - Victoria area from Sidney to Sooke (and everywhere in between) as well as East Sooke. We deliver to Victoria and the area every day Monday through Saturday.

No deliveries on Statutory Holidays. No deliveries on Sundays - except for Mother's Day and Father's Day.

Same-Day Delivery (to Victoria and the area) is available every day Monday through Friday for non-custom gifts (Order must be received before 10:00 am for same-day delivery and must also specify that you are wanting it to be delivered same-day). Flower add-ons and fruit baskets are not available for same-day delivery (they require 24 hours notice minimum). We also do not do same-day deliveries on Saturdays. **Same Day delivery IS NOT AVAILABLE during the very busy month of December**

Orders that are to be delivered on a Saturday must be received before 12 noon the Friday before and must be for Victoria and area (Sooke to Sidney and everywhere in between), East Sooke area or up island only as far as Mill Bay - any farther up island will go by Canada Post and delivery is only done Monday through Friday.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF VICTORIA & AREA IS MINIMUM 1-2 DAYS FOR THE REST OF VANCOUVER ISLAND AND LONGER FOR THE REST OF BC AND CANADA.

Delivery days for gifts going outside of the Victoria area are Monday - Friday.

**Alcohol cannot be shipped outside of British Columbia (we are happy to substitute alcohol in any basket for something else).

All gifts include a card with a message. We do not accept messages with profanity or of a sexual nature.

DELIVERY FEES:

$10.00 for Victoria & area (Sidney to Sooke & everywhere in between).
$14.00 for East Sooke, Shirley, & Jordan River. (delivery available Monday through Saturday)
$18.00 for Shawnigan, Malahat, Mill Bay, & Cobble Hill areas. (delivery available Monday through Saturday)
$28.00 for Duncan & further up-island (but still on Vancouver Island) (delivery available Monday through Friday only)
$32.00 for the rest of BC and Canada (this includes the Gulf Islands) (delivery available Monday through Friday only).

Gifts going to Duncan (and some areas in Shawnigan, Malahat, Mill Bay, & Cobble Hill) as well as farther up the island, and off Vancouver Island will be delivered by Canada Post and will be packaged in a white gloss box (with tissue and crinkle paper inside) and have a hand-tied bow and then be placed in a cardboard shipping box.

Your company swag can be added to any gift
We contact the recipient directly to confirm their address and the delivery window (normally we give a 1 hour window when we will deliver - during the very busy month of December it may be a 2 hour window).
If you want to see a picture of your gift before it is delivered - just ask, and we will be happy to send you a pic!
We will always send you an email and let you know that your gift has been delivered or shipped (and give you a tracking number).
Don't want to place your order online? Give us a call and we will take all the info over the phone, including your payment info. You will still receive an invoice for your records and we will let you know when your gift has been delivered.
